The overnight coverage, coupled with Tranquility pads is exceptional...but several pair in each package were defective...loose elastic around one leg. More quality control needed here.

The product is thick and so far has been very effecttive with overnight protection.

Other over night items didn’t absorb as well.

We. used these with our 87 year old father, who has Alzheimers disease. We started with the name brands at Target and Walmart. However, our father got a rash from them. The store brands seem to tear super easy. This brand seems to be strong enough to not tear and absorbent too. We were pleased with them. We also found them to be a decent value, all be it, the price does seem to always be going up. After trying alot of brands, we settled on these and were very pleased for day time and night time (Frankly we could not tell a huge difference in the day and night, but the night do seem bulkier, which I believe translates to more absorbent). Peace of mind when going out and about. They are very absorbent. I wore them to travel on an airplane with very little worry of leakage. My concern with them is that they don't lock in the odor. They are also kind of bulky to wear, not as streamlined as other brands. But definitely use them for long term use when needed.

These are among the absolute best, non leaking, incontinence underwear I have purchased. You name it I've bought it. Some are ok at night when you are laying down, others leak like a sieve in that position, others work great sitting or standing, but not when laying down. These seem to work no matter if I am sitting, walking, driving, or sleeping. Sadly they are hard to find but these will be re ordered.
