Back spazms
I bought this item to help with my back spazms. It certainly helps straighten your back. Ill wear it for about 20 min at a time. You can walk around in it, and do your normal routine, however I have a tough time sitting with it on. I have a pretty heavy gut, and even with that it holds it in pretty darn well, and the velcro holds it all in. I do recommend this product.

Not suitable for short torso
I have a short torso, it's not comfortable to wear all 3 pieces as you can't sit. So I only wear 2 piece. Sometimes the corset also poke me. After awhile it loses its elasticity.
