No return policy, but beautiful
The quality of this robe is nice. The personalized glitter font is BEAUTIFUL! I purchased this for a bridal shower and got her future name with the wedding date (according to her save-the-date) underneath. At the bridal shower, she announced that the date had been changed. OMG! I felt foolish. Now she has to walk around with the wrong date. The company wouldn't accept it as a return because it was personalized. I don't blame them. They did their job. So much for me trying to be unique and get an out of the ordinary gift. The robe went beautifully with a white lingerie set. Just be mindful of putting a date that could possibly change.

Amazing customer services fast delivery too
This was a gift for my earthing at the office (gift exchange at work).I made the decision to get this, and ordered the turquoise because I knew her favorite colour was but didn't know which shade but thought the turquoise look look great on her.After ordering I got to find out her favorite shade of blue was sky blue.Immediately contacted the seller and they said they would change the seller.As you can see from the picture, they did change the colour and the robe was absolutely beautiful.She loved it! Thank you.

Beautiful robe
I got our wedding hashtag printed on the back of this satin robe in a gold glitter font, and it came out PERFECT. Great photo opp for our photographer and videographer, but my bridesmaids and matron of honor also got some cute mobile candids. I had ordered another satin robe earlier that came with the generic "bride" printed in a fat, crooked glitter font, and it was so hideous I returned it instantly... the custom text on this one looked much classier. It was a little pricier than I would have liked, almost double the cost of the initial robe, but it's a one-of-a-kind and I plan to wear it often so I think it was worth the investment. Couldn't have been happier.

Not bad for the price. Cute. Would recommend.
I haven’t really broken it in yet but it does seem a little big. I’m 5’7 200 pounds and i Got the L/XL... I could’ve went darker on the lettering. I got the diamond dust. Still cute. It’s wrinkled pretty back so i guess i better figure out how to get those out. Other than that, I’m really happy with the purchase. It’s not expenses but the quality is better than i expected honestly, at this price point. My girls and I got these for after surgery... This the “peached” by el jefe... Anyway, they got here in like a week or two so order ahead of time to not be stressing, if there’s a date for a specific event. Overall still not a long wait for a custom robe. I’ll take more pictures soon!

Fast shipping it say it make take long child it comes in like 4 days a week tops I’ve ordered a black one in the past like 4 years ago and I stillHave it love these robes and the writing be right on point size always good I’ve washed it 100Times letters and glitter stillOn no complaints here :)

This came exactly how it looks in the picture!!!I got it personalized to go with my Halloween costume so it says “don’t look at my face” because I will be a zombie. lol but the words were perfect and glittery. I love it and will definitely purchase through this customer again.
