I really like this car's rear view mirror waterproof film.
The rainy season in Seattle arrived, my husband told me it was the best gift for him. When it is raining hard outside, I just hope my husband will come home safely and soon. Not only the sight of rain, but also the water on the side of the road, all of us should drive carefully. With the waterproof film of this car, it will be more or less easier. The seller also thinks very thoughtfully, rearview mirror stickers on the two pieces, the window glass face towel two pieces, really solved before we drive in fog had to open the window to wipe dry water and fog scene, really bothers us for a long time,Finally helped us solve this difficult problem today, even have two sets waterproof film , I don't know how do they know our family has two cars need to use?Ha ha!Like it. It's recommended.

It worked
It’s not easy to apply on side mirrors and windows, same skill required as doing screen protector for cellphones. It worked in raining day, temperature 50 degree. need more tests in fog and frost day. It’s easily wearable, there’s noticeable scratches after forcing bubbles out when applying, still function to repell water though.Updates: it worked very well on foggy days, which are common in pacific north west, see the picture. But if temperature is lower than freezing point, it cannot help more than a thinner frost than non-covered glass.

great
It started to rain in the past few days, and the effect is still very obvious after putting on the rain-proof membrane. I don't know if it will prevent frost?

works 75% of the time when it's foggy, humid or just rained outside
i purchased and installed the oval sheets on a florida car that is street parked and does not have mirror defoggers. these moisture repelling films work 75% of the time, the other 25% of the time they are hilariously wet, saturated and obstructs view - more than the unfilmed section of the mirror or rear window. im not sure at this point why some days it's clear while others it's wet.for the price, i would rather have them on, than not have them. when they work, it's great.some feedback for potential buyers:a) bubbles: unless your car mirror/windows have been recently washed, clayed and iron-x-ed or professionally detailed, i don't think you will have a bubbleless install. the newer and cleaner your car is, the greater the chances of you not having bubbles, provided you installed the film with clean, lintless hands. my install was on a 20 year old car with overspray and etching on my mirrors, no chance of no bubbles on my install.b) top protection layer: i made sure to remove the top layer after reading other reviews.c) durability: i go through a mechanical (read - microfiber brushes and curtains) car watch at least once a week and after every wash, my blind spot mirrors get knocked out of place. so some contact is being made on the film. it's one month in, i'll update later if they "fall off" like others mentioned.

Worst thing you could do to your car. Made it worse. Impossible to peel off. Safety hazard.
It didn't work at all, That was fine for me(i thought i could just remove it). But it became obstruction to the visibility as it became blurry in just 3 months. And terrible thing is, It's next to impossible to peel off. It is safety hazard as you can see in pictures. It gets so hazy.So it literally made the problem worse than it was before. People should invest in anti rain coating products instead. I am so pissed, that i came back and wrote this review.

Its really safety to have one of this Car Rearview Mirror Film, its really help me a lot when rainning. i can’t see the mirror because the water drop of there but now I put the rainproof film on rearview mirrorand it’s much better, that I don’t have to worrying about driving in rain, so that I can able to drive safely.

Won't recommend. Had bad visibility in the mornings (and can be a security hazard)
Installed the films few days back. So far, I didn't have rainy weather yet thus the film MIGHT work in the rain as described. But the pictures you see are from my not-rainy days. The film hinders with visibility by far and make - especially for someone like me how hit the road around 6am when things are dark.

Don't bother.
Slid right off the mirror. Complete waste of my hard earned money. Just take the money and flush it down the toilet and pretend you waisted your time applying it. You will have more satisfaction that way.
