This product really helps me recover from workouts. I’m 77 and teach fitness classes - generally two a day Monday thru Friday plus walking 7 days a week. Without this product I’m dragging by Wednesday. With this I’m recovered and ready to workout everyday.

I have cycled this product before. It works. I am a healthcare professional and avid gym rat...and this appears safe and although I do not "feel" the product working-my lifts and weight both go up when I cycle this. Seriously not worth the money though.

This is one of a very few muscle building supplements that actually works for me. Gained 2% muscle with a 3% drop in body fat over the first 2 months of use. Stronger with better endurance. My diet was not changed, anaerobic and aerobic workout basically the same (can bike/run faster and lift more).
