How high is the upper wall fixing above the mixer bar? Is it adjustable? (to match the fixing hole on my old shower)

Does the main head swivel?

where can i get replacment cartridge for this?

A quick internet search reveals the Screwfix do a replacement valve cartridge for £29.99. I’d remove the existing cartridge first to make sure its an identical replacement, failing that I’d ring Bristan and get confirmation of the cartridge part number. I’d be amazed if a replacement wasn’t readily available online
