Organic Cotton Baby Protective Pillow (Pillow Buddy (Pink Cheeks Baby Bear))

Our baby was 2 months old when we noticed he tends to sleep on his right side mostly which caused him to have very flat head on right. We read reviews about this pillow, got it and used it everyday when baby was napping in a bassinet stroller. After 2 weeks we saw great results, after 4 weeks even better. Our baby's head takes some shape now. I would highly recommend this product. Easy to wash, flat dry it, very soft to touch.

This is indeed a good product, high quality and very gentle materials, however, I bought it originally for my newborn because I was concerned he was always sleeping with head tilt to one side. It didn't work well for us as it seemed too high for a new baby. So if you are looking for a newborn to use, be mindful.

IMPORTANT - Was afraid to use it during infancy after consulting the pediatrician, but now that she's a toddler she loves it.The hospital and pediatrician said it's important for your baby to be able to turn their head to AVOID getting a flathead. That keeping it positioned perfectly still is what causes a flat head. So glad I got this advice BEFORE using it. That being said, as a toddler now my little one loves it and it's very soft and cuddly.

Was really helpful in helping shape baby's head. He had a flat head and now he doesn't. Took him to his helmet consult and Dr said baby has a perfectly shaped head. I would have gave it a five but this material did make his hair fall off. I would notice baby's fine hair stuck on pillow. I bought another 3 different pillows and this one was the only pillow with baby's hair stuck to it. Love that it's organic!

I would say it's not very breathable. My DD would be sweating after sleeping on it for few hours. The pillow would be wet in the center where her head lays. Then sweat will make the pillow stink. At first I had no idea where the stinky smell on DD's back of head was coming from, then later realized it was coming from the pillow due to sweating. Make sure to smell on the pillow constantly so you know when it needs to be washed.

My baby is two months and developed a flat spot behind her left ear due to a head turn preference. The results have yet to be seen if it will reduce the flat spot- it has only been a few days- but the pillow definitely keeps her head in a midline position (it prevents her from turning her head to the left and laying on that side). The pillow is soft and you can move the filling inside to adjust for her neck if the pillow is too high. Its worth a try for the price- it works better than everything I have tried to use to position her head at home (rolled blankets etc).

Very small my 5 month old would not keep his head on it. It may work for a newborn or 2 -3 month old.

While some may think this may be a lot to spend on a baby pillow, think about it this way...you only need to buy 1 pillow for your newborn and you may as well buy the best quality.The shape of the pillow perfectly holds her little head and I can see how it will prevent her head from getting flat in the back. She has been sleeping and laying with this pillow for over 4 days now and I've never seen her so comfortable.I highly suggest this baby pillow from a great company who takes pride in their products. I am also going to suggest our local baby store to carry these great products.UPDATES: Our little one is 11 weeks now and she is starting to get playful. She LOVES her little organic puppy toy. I can feel safe if she puts it to her mouth because it is organic cotton.We also got her the sheep pillow to add to our collection and it is absolutely adorable. So soft and comfortable.We are about to wash the lamb pillow so I will let you all know how that goes in a little bit.
