The tree was not what we expected
The ordering and shipping of this tree was a breeze. The product itself was a disappointment. The needles were scratchy and the tree was shaped oddly. The limbs were very short and not as pictured in reference photographs. Even making allowances for a natural product, it was not a nice looking tree. Kudo’s to customer service for the quick resolution. I don’t think Christmas tree shopping is quite internet ready.

Oh, Christmas Tree?
"Oh, wow" was my first response. For the low price of $59.99 you and your family can take in the beauty of a dead Christmas tree. Sadly, the tree arrived completely dead with needles as stiff as can be and extremely sharp. Thanks to Amazon for a speedy return process!

What a joke! This is not even close to what was represented in the photo of the listing. What is being sold is a full, lush tree that looks as though it would have been harvested days before shipping.What I got was a half dead, dried out, needles falling everywhere, slim, thin, and poor looking resemblance of what one might mistake for a legit Christmas Tree.

Gorgeous snow flocked tree with stan
This tree came neatly netted and already attached to the included tree stand! Upon opening the tree filled out nicely for a 3-4 ft tree. I absolutely loved the look of the snow flecked tree. It is the perfect size for a small apartment or office! I can't wait to get it decorated so all my clients can see! Very pleased customer!
