Relatively easy to install... Here's how...
1- Close breaker to the light fixture.2- Remove fluorescent tubes.3- Remove access panel.4- Identify and cut black and white wires going to ballast.5- Remove ballast.6- Attach white wire (neutral wire) to all the wires coming from one end of fixture (mine were yellow).7- Attach black wire (line wire) to all the wires coming from the other end of the fixture (mine were blue and red).8- Color doesn't really matter as long as white goes to one end and black to the other.9- Re-install access cover.10- Install LED tubes. (I put the end with the silver/aluminum wiring diagram at the black/line end)You're done... Turn on breaker and enjoy.

great lights
The lights work great. I used them to replace 8ft high output fluorescent light (110W each). They produce great light but slightly more directional than fluorescents as expected (mounted 14 ft high). I turned them out a bit in the fixture and this spread the light similar to the original fluorescent tube. The light produced with the daylight bulb is very nice and shows details on cars better than original tubes. Converting the fixtures was very easy. My only issue is the bulbs will sag in the middle when put in the fixture. I fixed this with a zip tie.Two of the 4 bulbs came damaged. They still worked but seemed like they were bent prior to packing and had creases and dents in them. The packaging was undamaged which makes me to think it was either the manufacturer or the packing of the lights from the vendor that created the damage. I have attached an image of the light produced. The left is the original fluorescent and the right is the new led. The Company sent replacements for the damaged bulbs without me asking. Great experience

Very Bright
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. These LED tubes replaced some old and failing 110 Watt High-Output 8-foot fluorescent bulbs. These are at least as bright, probably brighter. It's hard to tell from the video I sent because the camera (phone) kept adjusting the exposure so it looks like the room is dark, but believe me, these are VERY bright. Not only that, but one pair of them is directly over a bookcase where most of the light of the old bulbs was wasted on the top of the bookcase. But these new LED tubes swivel in their mounts so I was able to aim them more into the room and not waste so much light. I replaced 4 fluorescents with these, going from 440 Watts plus ballasts - say let's say 500 watts total, to about 180 Watts total - great savings.

Great replacement for when the old ballasts need to be replaced!
The first photo is an old florescent bulb/ballast on the left and the new LED on the right. The second is how much light and color of light. Wiring instructions in box were wrong as they are to be wired common on one end and feed on other, instructions supplied in box indicated one end powered. Remove old ballast by cutting power, cutting wires to fixture sockets, wire one end to common and other end to feed and remove old ballast. I also like how they can be turned to direct the light. I got a box of 12 cheaper than replacing all the old ballasts. Great product so far.

Very bright, should have bought them sooner.
I had a couple of bad ballasts in my existing lights fixtures, so I figured I would give these a try. Wow the light output is amazing. The tubes can be rotated so that you can eliminate the shadows right up the the edge of the fixture on the ceiling. Wiring modification the the fixture to bypass the ballasts is simple and took less than 10 minutes per fixture. No more dim cold starts, instant on. The only down side to them is that my shop radio does not like them, caused static on all the FM stations that it would pick up in our rural location. I have 12’ ceiling in my shop and these bulbs provide more than twice the light output of the HO tubes they replaced. Have not had them long enough to know if there is any difference in power usage yet or not, they typically run for 8+ hours a day.

Very cool
I replaced all of my HO 8 ft florescent bulbs with these LED Bulbs. I ordered a small pack to try and test first, then after they were installed, I quickly replaced all of the other lights in my shop which was a total of 20 bulbs I needed total. I have my garaged wired with 1/2 of the shop on one light switch and the other half of the lights on another light switch. I usually turn on just one half when I am going in the shop briefly. With my old bulbs, it seem to have the light scattered about more so. With these, the lights are more direct to the half. I suppose that is what they are meant to do and operate. However, when the whole shop is on, they are amazing!!! Very clean lights and everybody that has walked in my shop notice the difference without me telling them. For those who are wondering how easy it is on converting these over was very easy!! My set up was with the ballasts. I had 3 fixtures that the ballasts needed to be replaced in. I was nervous at first, so after reading lots on reviews and watching you tube videos, I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you that it is super easy!!Installing the bulbs: I had to put a bow (Warp) in these to get them installed. I have the single pin on both ends of mine. It was difficult on the first couple, as I felt like I was going to out a bend in them, but after those, I was comfortable and the others were a breeze to install.

I can see!
These LED tubes provide incredible light! They totally blow fluorescent tubes out of the water! Compared to a fluorescent it's like the difference of night and day! I'm changing out 25 double fluorescent fixtures in my garage and the rewiring is very simple, a 5th grader could do it! I did receive one defective tube and their customer service immediately handled the issue. I was impressed!
