Good quality
Panel came with no grounding bar but otherwise, no issues. square-d panels are really nice and easy to work with. Used as a subpanel and it has plenty of space for circuits.

Nice garage subpanel
So a lot of these subpanels are able to be mounted upside down if it makes it more elegant for your wire runs. This model would tempt the user to do so, as the top and bottom are not symmetrical, and one side may fit your needs better. This is great until such a time as you go to mount the door, and find its labels upside down. The breakers are not on center so the door fits only one way. Luckily the labels aren't gorilla glued down and can be upended if necessary.Having said all that, it's a quality unit with thick steel and nice paint, adequate room inside for elegant wire routing, and it's still skinny enough to fit between two wall studs 14-1/2 inches apart. It's an okay value, made better because I already had a ground terminal block I could use in it. If you're using this as a subpanel, as most will, you'll need this separate block at additional expense.

Gorund bar linkied to this panel DOESN'T FIT
Edit June 21.2019: IMPORTANT: The ground bar that Amazon links to this panel DOES NOT FIT. It is a 15 place bar that is too long to slide into the area that this panel has for it and the attachment screw holes are not lined up. Get the 8 position bar which is 5" long.I repeat; what can I say? It's a sub panel. It a steel box with a locking door, and some plastic and metal inside. No complicated engineering here.I got Siemens because my other sub panel (lugs only) is also Siemens as is my main breaker panel.Siemens does "get you" by charging $12 for a ground bar.If you're connecting this to your 200 amp main breaker panel via a double 60 amp breakers, use 6-3 with groundcable from the breakers to the lugs inside the sub panel (This is my opinion after studying the NEC which actually doesn't even specifically address "sub panels").

One important thought...
This is a very nice box - almost exactly what I expected. I don't know if other manufacturers do this, but mine came without a separate ground bar. To the uninitiated this might not be a problem since ground must be bonded with neutral on a main panel. But as a "main lug only" configured box (no main breaker) you would think / assume a box of this size and type would be used as a subpanel - WHERE GROUND AND NEUTRAL MUST BE SEPARATED. The novice might make a very dangerous mistake by combining ground and neutral in his/her subpanel, since there's nothing in the instructions, pictures or descriptions (Amazon included) that indicates a ground bar, if needed, must be purchased separately - like this one Siemens EC2GB152 Ground Bar Kit with 15 Terminal Positions and a Ground Lug. The good news is the neutral bar is separated from contact with the panel by means of a plastic mount - so adding the ground bar is no big deal. Beware if this purchase is for a subpanel!! Would recommend to friends and family with the caveat about proper configuration...
