This hotspot is not deserving of any stars. I bought this to use in Florida with a unlimited data plan carried on the ATT network. Not only didn't it work, but the manufacturer provides a phone number that cannot be dialed. 800-3000-5555! I called Amazon and arranged a return so that I can but another device! Dont buy this! The manufacturer does not produce a worthy product!

Took the device to both stores and asked them to setup a data plan but the device did not work. Took the same sim card and installed it on my phone and it worked correctly. Looked like a well designed product but did not do as advertised.

I bought this to replace my netgear mobile hotspot. So far this little device has been wonderful. It might not be as fast as others but it suits my needs perfectly. I am able to use it to back up all my apple devices, use Moodle and labster for college. I am able to watch movies on my tv with no issues. So like I said it suits all my needs.It is small, lightweight, easy to use. The app allows you to choose how many devices can connect, change your password, it has a as slot that I have yet to use. The battery life is great. Seems to last for hours. At times my signal here can be an issue but the device has done so well I am amazed.I am so excited to share this review of all the reviews I have done. I consider this purchase from all my amazon purchases the most useful and it has brought me 100% satisfaction.New purchase updateNo longer working with my At&T (my At&T still works with my netgear mr1100)

La Presente es para participarle que compre un WI POD desbloqueado para Latinoamérica, y el caribe, a fin solventar la deficiencia de internet en Venezuela, indicando en una de sus respuestas que solo funciona con la operadora Digitel, pero es el caso que compre un sim card y la renta y no funciono, lo lleve a la compañía Digitel y tampoco funciono, no levanta, es decir no distribuye internet, quería saber si tiene distribuidores en Venezuela para el cambio de equipo.

Very small works great i use with cricket sim card no issues love it great price and quality fast shipping definitely recommend.

AFTER reading instructions and doing what the manufacturer states to do in the instructions this works perfect with cricket. It does require connecting it to a computer to initially log in and set it up. Once done simply install the SIM card with the proper SIM card adapter (standard size) and it works great.

Ese dispositivo yo lo compre para mi Hermano y funciona perfectamente bien. Es muy simple de usar, solo tienes que comprar una linea telefonica (Sim Card) de 4G y colocarla en el dispositivo. Y listo. Siempre y cuando tengas cobertura de tu compania, tu dispositivo funcionara sin ningun problema.

Working well withnon jio sim also. o have an airtel 4g sim and it served my purpose.will recommend to anyone who wants to buy a 4g router. Thanq amazon for timely delivery the 2nd order,

First i was very happy..., but this router dont work well in jio, Vodafone and airtel it really suck,

My jio sim not work. It is a 4G sim card and also having data pack. If I switch on Wipod 4G signal indicates green and wifi signal also coming but data-led indication not available at the same time data upload and download not work.After did factory reset Jio sim was working perfect but Vodafone sim wasn't working even if I insert 4G sim because Vodafone sim hasn't support LTE.Yes this normal 4G sim.Thus, mind it if your sim doesn't support LTD then it won't suits for this modem.If you check with a laptop in the login page there is an option roaming it's disabled. There is no provision to enable.Eventually it suits only JIO and Airtel with LTE support sim card.

Good product, I have personally tried with jio, idea, vodafoneand it worked, it also has Good battery backup, good wifi range and pulls network better...

Looking good ,as first day usage,my airtel sim works fine better in this wipod ,speed and connectivity is faster than mobile devices,installation is simple in PC , avoid charging and use because the battery is heated slightly higher,overall satisfied😊
