It was recommended to me by several friends to try apple cider vinegar for weight loss. I tried taking the liquid for awhile but the capsules are just so much easier.I've got a trip planned to St Lucia in a few months and I am doing my best to get in shape in a healthy way. I started taking these supplements every day to aid in dieting when I cannot commit to working out on a regular basis (both are obviously preferred). I have seen great results in weight loss that I believe are directly connected to taking ACV. Since taking it, I have noticed: better digestion (regular bowel movements) and a sense of feeling full when I take it, which curbs my eating habits a bit.I am still only ~4 weeks into taking this supplement but I would encourage others to try. My starting weight was 170 and I am currently down to 164. So far, loving the results. I'll try and update this review when I place a new order.

I have tried drinking ACV and just can't do it.....these capsules are great. No foul taste, my energy levels increased. My appetite was curbed almost immediately and my stomach feels less bloated. This is a great way to get the benefits of apple cider vinegar with no side effects. Great product!

I use ACV daily or weekly most times to keep my immune system up for my seasonal allergies and weak immune system. Thought this would be an easier route of drinking ACV. BUT it did NOT keep my immune system strong, and it certainly did not help my allergies. My sinuses were inflammed within a couple of weeks of using this product alone and then I ended up sick with a head cold that lasted about 3 or 4 weeks. So I seriously doubt this was a quality product, or even ACV in it. So I am back on my actual apple cider vinegar drinking raw with my honey. I had to stop using this product.

Healthful supplement to add to your daily routine. While it tastes a bit like vinegar it is much more palatable than the liquid.

I ordered this product to move along my weight loss goal! I feel in love after just a week of taking them. Energy levels are up and I am losing weight much better than before ! I was able to lose about 10 pounds with the first bottle and will be ordering again soon!

Felt no change from these pills.

I’ve been using these capsules for a couple of months now and find them to help with m weight loss regimen. They are easy to swallow without the burn afterwards. I would recommend them.

The seem to help with acid reflux if I take a bit before bed. I will probably get them again
