Well made. Easy to use. Instructions are not real well written (or translated) but there is enough to get you started.

This pressure cooker is AWESOME!!! Before I bought this pressure cooker, I checked most of the reviews on Amazon. Some claimed that it is not really stainless steel and not worth the money… I would like to say THEY ARE WRONG!!! I’m really happy with the pressure cooker so far: I can make whatever I want and it is very easy to clean up. I inspected it before using and I could tell it is very high quality; 18-8 (304) stainless steel or better for sure. I know some people might think instant pot is better. However after comparing with this product, I feel that dishes made with the pressure cooker had better flavor, plus the pressure cooker is much faster. Overall I would say this is a sturdy, well made product, and of course it heats and cooks very quickly given that it is real stainless steel.Worth the investment!

Excellent high quality pressure cooker- should last for years. The only sort of downside is that it absolutely will not open until every bit of pressure is gone. This is great for safety but hard for those of us who want to hurry it along. So I have learned to give it plenty of time. On the positive side, the closing mechanism is super heavy duty- a real plus because this is the one thing on pressure cooker that often breaks and cannot be replaced. I would recommend this product.

When saw Buffalo commercial pressure canner video it has insert pot rack and lid . After I received yesterday was only pressure cooker very disappointed.

Very sturdy construction. Worked well on first recipe. Only complaint is the manual is in broken English and should be better. Did not have my model number in it for spare parts identification. I contacted the company and they got back to me right away and told me the model I have is the same as another designation in the manual. If the manual was better I would give it 5 stars. Also, spare parts not available yet. Supposed to be on Amazon soon.

Undeniable. Simple. Solid. Works like grandma's gear. And that's a very good thing. Seems pricey, but ruin a few meals on lesser equipment and you'll find that quality pays for itself. I Also own the 15 guart. Look no further.

The shape of the pot is beautiful, and the pot lid has a small round shape with rust on it.It's not a major quality issue, but it can be seen that the workmanship is not very fine.I need a pressure cooker in particular, so I didn't choose to return it and requested a replacement.Upon receiving a new one, it's the same. It's definitely a problem with the manufacturing process.

For a small family this size (8 gallon) is convenient. A usual pressure cooker is heavy but this is light but sturdy. Really satisfied with the quality. We really like Baffalo pressure cookers so we have two more, 10 and 12 gallons.
