So loud
Cute but loud! So loud. If we have the tv on at a normal level you can’t hear it over the train. You can’t have the train running without sounds.

Poor customer service and train doesn't work
What arrived was not what was pictured. Also the part that works is the engine you put the batteries in. No movement and I have checked all the connections such a disappointment. Now my kids can't enjoy this under the tree and no customer service response whatsoever.

Not worth the price
Smaller than I imagined. Won't fit around your tree, just in front of it. Sounds are loud. Plays the same short song on a loop. Overall, not worth the price I paid and wish I got a different train.

Holiday Train
It is so cute. Perfect for two year old. Don’t expect it to be anything other than a child’s toy. It’s really adorable. Seller honored my request for a quick delivery when a date range was given.
