Much better than a Bluetooth you need to keep in your ear all day long. My ear was always irritated by the other in-ear Bluetooths. Easy to use. The sound is a little muffled at times.

Please be aware you can only use this for phone calls. You cannot listen to music on your phone or any games or other applications you may use. I can hear well with this headset, and others can hear me on phone calls with some background static.

Its GREAT !! I don't like things hanging around (my neck) with two mics , nor do I want anything sticking in my ear at (all times) this is great clip on top and pull up to ear when you get a call. LOVE IT.

So sound quality is not consistent, but I do like my earpiece it's light and can attach to my collar, belt, or my smartwatch.

Awful sound.... Doesn't stay in my ear. Why can't it also play music? If I can use it for phone calls then there is no reason it shouldn't work for music- I think a lot of people who live in and walk around the city would be much safer if they had one ear open and were alert.So, this product is a great idea- however, falls short in some crucial areas
