For $1,000, give or take, these handpans seem pretty good to me. I bought a matching pair and they are virtually identical in every way -- tone, volume, appearance, intonation, everything. Maybe the highest note on each handpan is a bit fuzzy sounding, but it appears that top-quality handpans start at a few thousand $$ more than these, and I'm not ready to pay that until I know more, so I look at these as good-quality beginner instruments. They sound beautiful to me. I enjoy playing with them. They each have their own ottoman in the living room. Guests find the handpans irresistible. Fun!

It took me awhile to choose a drum, and I bought this one. It came super fast and as most say very well shipped.It plays great, of course never having anything like this before I need practice and will use You Tube for that.Overall for what I spent I am 100% happy with my purchase. Once I feel very good about my playing abilities I know there is a more better one out there but will cost probably at least $1,000 plus more.For now, it’s perfect!

I returned it! The zipper on the case was broken and the sound was terrible. I just played another one recently with a very rich sound.

It came on time and was packed safely, seems to be made well. I’m new to this but the tuning is “slightly” off on a few note Nothing horrible.I requires some patience to get the notes sounding clear and even. I’m really enjoying Just fiddling with it. I did buy an online course for beginners and it’s very helpful ‘David Charrier’ “master the hand pan essentials.” There are youtube lessons too.Part 2, after a month of daily playing I love it and it has been great addition to my musical life, I am getting better and better I look forward to this being part of my daily routine from now on, if you are considering it ,just go ahead I’m sure you will connect. This is a great introduction instrument and as good a price as you will find. But make no mistake if this is the only one I ever have I’m still very happy with it. The delivery and follow up were very good.

The packaging was impeccable, shudder and water proof. The sound is amazing. I fell in love with this sound a few years ago when I first heard somebody play a similar instrument at Central Park. I never had the opportunity to learn an instrument before but this hang pan will be my journey to quiet relaxation.

I wanted to love this instrument. I have waited years to get one.The sound is honestly beautiful.However arrived with rust around the rim, which was so disappointing. I know that the rust is small, but that means the life of the instrument is going to be much shorter.If it were used I would understand but this was a new item.Now I have to return this large item to a UPS store on my motorcycle.Sad :(

The media could not be loaded. I Love it sounds amazing. I just purchased lessons and I am already playing beats and melodies. My 5 year old, 10 year old and 2 year old love to play it, too.

I bought this as a surprise for my husband. He says it is the best gift I have ever bought him. He probably plays it two or three times a day. It sounds great, and arrived in perfect condition.
