Bought to replace our electric kettle, thought we would try one for our induction hob. We are absolutely delighted with it. It's comfortable to hold, the lever for the whistle cap has a very definite open and shut mechanism, the whistle is good and loud and it boils 1 litre of water in less than 3 mins (we did a trial). The lines are smooth and so easy to wipe clean with no fiddly areas to trap grease etc. It was also excellent value for money. Would certainly recommend and would buy again. One point to remember, the solid base is slightly smaller in diameter than the outer rim, so match this to the size of the hob you are using to be most efficient.

It’s exactly what i was looking for, trying to save a little money both this to use on our induction hob. Well it really is quick to boil, and the whistle is loud, so if you leave the kitchen you WILL hear it. it’s nice looking kettle carnt think of any negative points.

Works great on our new induction hob. Quick boil, great whistle, easy filled with good spout. Never used one before, would not hesitate to replace when the need becomes apparent in time. A good buy
