THIS ONE JUST WORKS...
First, these are light in your pocket and look good. Then you pull it out after a full charge and it lights paper and of course your cigarette. I bought one for my sisters boyfriend and he loves it. Thanked me many times. Great Christ-mas gift and I bought one for myself. I don't smoke but I am a deer hunter and may come in handy in case I need to start a fire to get warm hunting. My sisters boyfriend had no trouble lighting his cigarette. he had used it 2 full days and smokes a lot and did not charge it when I left them. I had no problem charging these and have not died yet.

So far so good
I've had my Tesla for about three weeks. It came in a fancy hard case with spring hinges. Silly waste of the seller's money. The case can't be used for any other purpose because the cardboard liner, which has a lighter-shaped crevice. I threw it away, and not even in the recycling, just the wastebasket. Inside was the lighter, the charging cable, and a tiny card with instructions printed in a minuscule type size. The instructions didn't mention maintenance, which is a serious oversight. After using the lighter for this short time, I've learned to both love and hate it. The lighter is unpredictable. Usually, it lights, but several times a day it doesn't feel like working and calls in sick. I keep a Bic handy to use when the Tesla Atomic decides to take time off. I also keep an old, very soft toothbrush to brush the electrodes (?) when they get dirty. Maybe that isn't important, but sometimes a gentle brushing brings the lighter back to life. I also don't love the charger, simply there's no way to tell if the lighter needs a charge and there's nothing on the charger to tell me when the battery is significantly charged. When the lighter is working I love it. My hands are disabled and weak, but this lighter is easy to use (when it's working). I just gently put push a little lighted button using the tip of my thumbnail. At this moment, my Tesla Atomic is out sick. I used the toothbrush, but that didn't help. Now the question: does the battery need a charge? If only the lighter had come with an easy-to-read set of instructions, including a section on maintenance.

Gift receiver was skeptical at first...
My dad looked at this like junk when I gifted it to him at Christmas but him being a sciencey type guy gave it a shot when I told him it was a Tesla lighter. Forgot about my pyro little sister and she tried to steal it from him! They realized it’s power and we had to put up with burning smells for the rest of the day while the tested it hahaha

Cool little gadget
Very cool lighter. Only gripe is it's a little awkward to use if you're a leftie.
