I ordered this two pack to replace the same product I had for years that finally broke. I didn’t really want two, but this was the best price.Upon arrival, I opened both products to check for quality. To my surprise, the batteries were inside both files! And the red safety strip which is supposed to keep the batteries from making contact (and draining the battery) was missing from both products! (I Know They were supposed to be there because the instructions state to remove them prior to use).On one of the files, the batteries were completely corroded!! I contacted the seller immediately and they immediately send me a replacement for the one file, which was exactly what I wanted! The second file also arrived with the batteries installed and the rest strip missing, but no corrosion the second time!I love this product for my rough dry feet and this seller impressed me with their prompt response and replacement of the defective item!

My original beloved Amope finally died after 6 years of loyal service. I could not go without- and bought this pack of 2. I don't actually need two, but I suppose if one breaks I have a back up. My feet require a lot of upkeep- my heels will turn to coarse sandpaper in the blink of an eye without this device and good moisturizer.The ones I received are the pink version, which has different features than the original blue version. The handle is oval shaped vs the round of the blue. The on/off on this is a push button as opposed to the turn/rotate feature of the old version. This never version has two speeds- and unfortunately the higher speed is not as fast as the old version that only had one speed. Everything else seems about the same. The files are inserted and removed the same way. Batteries seem to hold up as long as my previous version.If you are new to this device, you may end up with some tender areas if you get a bit zealous with filing down the calluses. This will resolve if it happens to you. Once you get on top of treating the coarse/dry/calloused skin you will only need to do every week or so for maintenance. And at the very least you will no longer need to search for a local farrier!

Worked well

I have been using Amop for years. I notice the recent purchase the motor is not as strong, but still have great results. I use it for in between pedicures. I still recommend for it does a good job in removing callus on heals of feet.

First time I used it, went a little deep and drew blood. Now more careful. Great to smooth out those callused feet
