Huma Chia Energy Gels - Apples & Cinnamon - Box of 24 x 45g

Taste just like an apple pie and gives the energy you need when fueling for running. The chia seeds help get it down but water is still nice to have while using. Huma has gotten me through 1 marathon and 3 half marathons. Highly recommend

Worth the cost. Far better than Gu or Cliff Shots in terms of stomach issues and flavor; better flavor than other gut-friendly gels that I've tried. Apple+cinnamon and mango are top-notch flavors, and I also enjoy the raspberry and strawberry, which are a little thicker (yuck) but have the extra caffeine kick (yahoo). Not a fan of savory (chocolate, vanilla, coffee, etc.) energy gel flavors in general, and that's true of Huma too. Currently on my 5th box.

I've been using these gels for months now and they are an integral part of my training for endurance races and, in fact, I just completed an Ironman (Mont Tremblant) where they were instrumental in my completing the race. The gels are nutritionally comparable to the others on the market, but have a natural whole food taste. On long training days and races, where I'm out for 8-10 hours, these gels still go down easy and digest well. Huma has quickly become a staple for me.

I have been looking for a better during run fuel that was easy on my stomach especially after many hours. This worked very well and I could feel it kick in. It also tasted great! Totally surprised.

the box was open and we only received 23 out of 24. Not sure if one fell out but we did not receive what we paid for... Not good.
