Been using this for years to help with anxiety. It calms me gently without any after effects.

Our neuroscientist recommended this product. It has made a huge difference for our kids. The days they take it are noticeably different from the days they don't. I highly recomment giving this product a try if you have kids that get worked up easily or have a hard time regulating/calming themselves (beyond 10-15 minutes)

This stuff has helped me SO much! I was having a hard time sleeping after being on a steroid, and I'm also going through a stressful part of life right now. I would wake in the middle of the night with a racing mind, or just have difficulty relaxing enough to fall asleep. This stuff has completely gotten rid of the racing thoughts! If I wake up in the middle of the night with them, I just take 2 squirts and this helps. It has a neutral taste, but tastes a little acidy. The first few times I used it, I got acid reflux from it and felt this weird warmness over my brain like my brain was swimming lol...It was an odd feeling, but figured it was my body adjusting to it. After about 3 nights, no more reflux and I didn't feel the sensation anymore. This has improved my sleep so much!

I hate to leave a one star review but the issue with the bottle cap needs to be fixed. When the bottle caps were the white ones they worked fine and stayed on with zero leakage. The newer black caps don’t fit the bottle so they actually loosen up on their own and unscrew just sitting on the counter. I have tested this! I screwed the cap on and left it on my counter and within an hour the bottle is loose and unscrewed. My advice to anyone who buys this is don’t take the plastic seal all the way off. Only take off enough to allow the pump to work. Leave the plastic wrap on the bottle all the way up to the base of the pump. This can be difficult to do so work slowly and carefully. You will have a little more protection but I still don’t recommend traveling with this bottle because it will leak it all out. You will have nothing left. If the cap wasn’t faulty I would give this 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used it onetime when my normal go to was not available. It was comparable and loved the flavor! My other product was more affordable but I’ll keep this as a back up substitute just in case.

Got this product for my younger Autistic daughter with major sleep problems. She had failed on prescription sleep meds & Melatonin & this product came highly recommended. However, as soon as I took the wrap off this product the cap immediately did not want to stay closed. They need to reformulate the packaging ASAP on this!!! No matter what to do to it or how you store it, it leaks. The cap never stays shut right. I’ve only had this for a few weeks now & I’ve seen more reviews like this on the bottle itself. It’s not like it’s an old bottle. Now for the product itself…maybe it’s not for kids with developmental disorders that are severe?!? I’m obviously not a doctor so don’t take what I’m saying to heart but it did absolutely nothing for her. Didn’t put her to sleep, didn’t help her stay asleep. Maybe 1 night a week it might help but that’s about it. Because this is an expensive product imo, I’m going to cont to try & use it up on her & see if I see any other changes. But with that being said I can’t justify re-purchasing this for both reasons stated. (Defective cap & product to working well yet on her)

It’s a bit expensive, especially if you use nightly like I do, but it definitely helps. Tastes great, and starts working quickly. I take 4 pumps at night to help me calm tf down. If I get triggered/stressed during the day I take between 1-3 pumps. Works well without making me drowsy or physically tired. The only downside really is the price. And in my experience, it doesn’t put me to sleep at night, it just helps in combination with my other meds. But I have a high tolerance. Also, this is a low grade anxiety tincture. Meaning that If you’re also on like Xanax or prescription GABA meds you may not feel the effects of this as much.

it took a bit of time for delivery, but the product itself is excellent. It really helps with the sleep. We tried several GABA products, and this is by far superior to all. GABA in general works to calm you down and allow you to fall asleep in the context of too much stress and/or late-night intensive physical training. This product works fast and effectively at the recommended dosage. Other liposomal GABA products in a pill form worked times and times worse than this liquid form. Highly recommend to those who are looking for the best/strongest GABA product. A downside - quite expensive. However, this may preclude one from on-going prolonged use, which is NOT a good idea anyway (this is true for all neuropeptide hormones, such as melatonin, serotonin or 5-HTP and others).

Fantastic product. Helps me sleep. I keep it by my bed and take it if I wake up in middle of night, helps me go straight back to sleep by relaxing me and preventing me from thinking too much

It helped prevent a migraine by taking two pumps. I’m so impressed so far!

So far I really like this product. Already feel calmer after 3 days of using it.
