UPDATE: Just past the 1 year and 2months mark. Pictures attached are based on this UPDATE.These were only $19.99 so my expectations weren't too high but the slippers have lasted a year without busting at the seams. The soles are still intact, haven't worn down, and are still fully sewn on. I wear these slippers mostly indoors with a combo of tile and carpeted flooring. Occasionally I'll run out to the garage or to take the trash pale to the street on garbage days. I'd say these slippers have met concrete at least once a week.After a year the suede has stretched as expected. The slippers are looser. The cushion has disappeared so I installed cushioned insoles which helps the shoes feel more snug and of course provides more cushion. The suede itself looks great when new but like most things suede it tends to wear over time and lose its visual appeal. From a functional standpoint, the only problem I've encountered is with the Velcro flap. It seems to have worn out its fastening effectiveness. The flap detaches when I start walking giving me this weird flap hanging from my slipper. The Velcro patches are sewn in properly although the receiving loop part of the Velcro is coming loose in one corner of the patch from being pulled too many times. It can be replaced but I will need to sew a new patch in its place if I want to repair and revitalize these slippers. I May just purchase a new pair without the strap.All in all I'll still recommend and maintain my 5 star rating of these inexpensive slippers because they lasted a year. If they were any more expensive than$19.99 I'd have to lower my rating.---------- original review below --------3 weeks in and I'm still loving these slippers. Definitely opt for a whole size bigger than you normally wear. I wear an 8 1/2 size shoe so I ordered a 9 1/2 pair of these slippers and they fit perfectly. The velcro strap is strong and can be fastened loosely or tightly. Keep them loose if you want ease of slipping on and slipping off. You can still walk properly and comfortably even when strapped loosely. The cushion on the inside is just okay, nothing to get excited about. It isn't a thick pile of material and has a tendency to shed initially. You'll find pieces of fuzz on your foot when you take your foot out of the slipper. The verdict is still out on the quality of construction but so far they are holding up (3 weeks in). Definitely only wear them in the house and don't wear them while you do your exercises or strenuous cleaning such as vacuuming. They are comfortable slippers and NOT indoor performance shoes. You'll want to limit the wear and tear on these to just casual use indoors to keep your feet comfortably covered.You can wear with socks or without but like other reviewers have noted, your foot will sweat when bare. I step into them barefoot if I get out of bed in the middle of the night and in the morning after I first wake up. The soles are vinyl and make for a good non-slip experience on smooth floors. At this point in time my recommendation to buy is a strong one.

I wear a size 7 and they were very hard to find.

[Modified review, 2/20]:I've changed the rating from 2 to 4. I wear them daily. Although the stitching came loose, the soles are still attached to the fabric -- apparently the glue is applied well enough. The soles have not cracked. The inner piling is still mostly there. I expect them to last another year or so. See additional photos. I would probably buy them again, at $17.[Original review]:As of this writing, these are about two months old. I got them as a Lightning Deal for $17. I wear them daily for ~6 hours after work, usually but not always with socks, on rare occasions walking 30' outside to the car or birdfeeder. They're comfortable (in the winter, so far), and they fit well upon first use (size 13), and have since conformed suitably. I have not yet washed them, and hope they will survive that experience. So to this point I have been pleased.But today I kept semi-tripping on something, and found that the stitching is already coming apart (photo). The "fluffy" lining had started piling up almost immediately (photo), which I pulled out as needed (otherwise it was like standing on little furry balls -- ok, let's not go there) and that process continues (photo); it's now worn to almost nothing at various spots.In short, if they last, not too bad a product. But at the moment I am not hopeful. I will update this as matters develop.

These are great slippers! Super cushy on the inside and seem to hold up well all things considered. Purchased them as an anniversary gift to replace a much, much older pair and my partner was ecstatic to receive these.Like other reviewers mentioned, they do run a bit small. However, one reviewer said that this was due to the extra fluffy inside and that they would loosen up with wear as the fur flattened out. I can confirm this: they were a bit tight the first few weeks of wear, but once you establish a bit of a foot dent, they're perfectly comfortable and wear well.

My husband wears a size 15 running shoe and it can be hard to find him shoes that fit. These slippers fit perfect/true to size and according to him are warm and comfortable. He has thanked me multiple times for buying these slippers for him.

I tried to stretch them. Didn't work. I put them in the guest bedroom for those with smaller feet.

I was taking a risk ordering these on Amazon without trying them on. I am glad I did, they are really comfortable for wearing around the house.The slipper size I chose fit perfectly. You can kick your feet around and the slippers will not fly off.They are worth every cent you pay for them.

These slippers are perhaps the most comfortable that I have ever worn. But, beware, I have worn out the fronts in ten months. This is due not to wearing them in the garden or over a building site but because I kneel! You know, when you're looking for something at the back of a cupboard. So, to keep them like new, remember, take them off before kneeling!

The slippers were very good value, comfortable and look good.They support and cushion the feet when wearing them. Would recommend them to others.

I've finally found some decent solid slippers with a sole I can take outside and that I can actually slip on and off without using my hands but theh don't fall off either! Amazing, and warm too.Only con is the leather laces keep coming undone but it's just a knot and they don't seem to affect the fit.

Cannot recommend these slippers! Where bought as Xmas gift so within 4 months they have fallen apart. Very very disappointed!!
