Well i got my fram/ piles today. It came earlier then the estimated delivery date but still took long to receive. Yracking was awful it was an hour away for like 10 days like i was waiting longer then i needed to.. The package came with Zero instructions so i have to refer back to the advertising pictures but that only helped a little. The poles do not stand up on there own so your gonna need 2 people to assemble or your gonna need to lean them on things

First of all, it doesn't come with instructions. Second, bases needs to have more weight and they fall all the time. Third, everyone says it, it took too long to ship. Fourth, this product its too expensive for the quality which brings me to my next point. Fifth, the quality is soo bad, its too light, flimsy and it unsnaps all the time. This product is terrible.

Very fragile. Not durable. Waste of money.

I'm sure once put together it should be okay. Would be nice if it had instructions to put together. Not an easy task for an old man. But got it done and it works.
