runs fast-downloads easily- called customer service as I had a hard time starting-walked me through the motions (I was missing a step for initial set up - my error) Service was great. Had to wait awhile on hold (well worth the service). Take note the customer help line number has been changed from information in package. New number 1-844-308-0273. Tablet all set and ready for Christmas.

You do not receive the tablet featured. I was sent an Arnova tablet instead of an Archos. When I messaged customer service they stated it was made by Archos but was a Arnova. Like Mustang is made by Ford, to be exact. I was apologized to and told that the ad was unclear. It's not unclear, it's a complete lie. Had to google information to confirm it was made by the same company.About the tablet itself: resolution is terrible. No downloaded content, what so ever. (As ad promised.) Graphics are glitchy. The parental controls are a joke. The childrens app store is one as well. The speaker can barely be heard and the screen is very dim at full brightness. I honestly expected alot better from the brand.If I could give this product a true rating -4.

Not what I thought it was going to be. My daughter didn't like the games. I purchased a Kindle Fire and she loves it!

It arrived broken. Something was wrong with the battery and/or charging mechanism. It never was able to turn on.
