Arozzi - Verona Junior Ergonomic Computer Gaming/Office Chair with High Backrest, Recliner, Swivel, Tilt, Rocker, Adjustable Height and Adjustable Lumbar and Neck Support - Red

I bought this chair about 18 months ago for my son. It's been used daily ever since. Recently, two of the plastic hub that holds the wheels in place broke, making it impossible for him to use. I reached out to Arrozi customer service via the online form and received a replacement part about a week later. I wasn't able to figure out how to fix it so I called the customer service number and was pleasantly surprised to be connected to patient and helpful employees. They walked me through the fix, even offering to send more parts if I needed them.The chair is adjustable, comfortable and actually the perfect size for me, too (5'2"). I highly recommend choosing this product!

Great Chair! It’s very well made. Got this for my 10 year old for his gaming and fits him perfectly and he loves it. It’s a definitely for shorter people and it’s a good value.

Best looking gaming chair for kids that I found. Expensive and in very short supply when I bought. Works fine, though the padding is on the thin and firm side. Sized well for 10 year kids and older and most women too, where the seat depth is perfect.

Absolute garbage. Why bother sending the chair without the tools in the box? How hard can it be to make sure each order gas everything it needs. I'll buy from this brand again. This costs too much money for it come damaged and missing tools. Unacceptable.

We got this for my small 12 year old son and it's perfect. It makes him sit up straight when playing computer games and it's great quality. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

So easy to put together. Super comfortable for my son to sit in, it fits him perfectly. We ordered a red chair, but received a white one. Which, as it turns out, was a better choice for his room. Adjustable arms, adjustable support pillows. Wheels don’t lock, but I think it would be easy to replace them with locking casters. And a footrest would be nice, but not required.
