Do you have to be on a keto diet to take these?

These do nothing for any diet. 2/3 days to put you body in ketosis, once in ketosis you will stay there until you kick yourself out it. Having to take pills every meal is a scam. Keto is not a diet the "diet industry" can control with their BS "supplements. CUT OUT the carbs, go about your normal day to day, end of conversation. No need to take anything.

Need real reviews, does it work for weight loss?

For any diet, it is calories in calories out. I started out using a different keto supplement, which helped a bit but then I switched to this product and it was a god-send. You need to be extremely vigilant regarding the dieting. For me, I did Keto + Intermittent Fasting (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM window). Additionally, I would always have some sort of green for lunch (salad, vegetables, etc.) and then supper/dinner would have protein (eggs, chicken [best results], steak, hot dogs, hamburger). In two months, I lost 40+ lbs. But, Keto is like sprinting in a marathon. You will lose weight fast, but need a more sustainable diet afterwards, or your body will gain the fat back quickly. Just be sure to drink plenty of water and have vegetables.

Need honest buyers answer does this work?

Yes, it worked for me. I took two pills an hour after a small breakfast. I lost 20 pounds in a few months. I did stop drinking tequila every night, so that helped.
