I’ve been drinking This do about two-three weeks now, I drink it on my off days! I have not experienced all the bathroom issues and cramping others have been. I started off with boiling one tea bag and letting it brew for about 5 mins . This week I brew two bags in a 26oz tumbler , it don’t make me go to the bathroom it only makes me pee , when I do go to the bathroom it feels normal. I’m unsure if I’m loosing any weight because I don’t have a weight scale

My coworker recommended this tea. She told me to brew two bags instead of one, but the first time I just did one bag and I did it at night and the following morning, I had two bowel movements nothing out of the ordinary my stomach did cramp a bit. Last night I chose to brew 2 bags and I had stomach cramps and gas and even burped a little last night and this morning in between 1 AM and 6 AM. I probably went to the bathroom five times but I was expecting large bowel movements. I just had a lot of stomach pain and the first bowel movement was firm or hard than afterwards. They were small and somewhat loose.
