Very good quality and fit
Installed this unit after two oem style plastic tank units blew out after only a few weeks of operation. Installation was straight forward and fit was good. Immediately noticed the engine was able to maintain thermostat temp (190) with ac on pulling a grade in 4th gear in 95 deg weather in August. Was never able to achieve this with the oem style radiator, also have not seen any temp creep while wheeling with the ac on.

One small problem, otherwise great! UPDATED
This is a high quality item, much better than OEM and dropped right in. The radiator shroud bolts didn't line up perfectly and I actually had to leave one out until I can drill a hole in the plastic. No leaks, perfect function, and the Jeep is no longer dripping. Very happy with the product. This started leaking and I didn't notice it. The leak is inside where I can't really see it an it can't be very big. The thing that prompted me to update my review is that it's impossible to contact the seller. Amazon is complicit in this, just give me a place to contact them without some automated chat robot BS. Company doesn't even have a website under their name. IMO they change the product name as often as necessary to throw off the bad reviews an keep marching under a new name. This is a staple of Amazon SOP.

Radiator
Fit perfect and performs like a $500 radiator. Happy so far.

Good 1st impressions...
UPDATE: over 10k miles, 6 months later, and not a single cooling/temp issue. Not a drop leaked. Heater kept me warm in the winter, and so far the engine hasn't gotten above normal sitting in traffic during all this heat. It's earned it's 5 stars from me.2006 Jeep TJ with the 4.0l and auto trans. Came packaged pretty solid. No dents or busted fins. Fairly clean and straight welds. Hefty built. Mine came with removable barb fittings for the trans lines. My factory radiator has quick connects, but easy to remove and adapt to the barb fittings. This radiator slid right in. All bolt holes lined up fairly well. Bottom shroud holes were a hair off but it's plastic so took no effort to get the bolts in. All hoses popped right on.My 1st impression is this radiator appears well built. Easy to install in factory location with no modifications. After 20 min drive to work, mix of highway and city stop & go traffic, the engine temp stayed right under the 210° mark (195° stat). Didn't fluctuate temps and more importantly no leaks! I'll definitely update my review if this radiator doesn't live up to expectations. So far I'm happy with the purchase.

Worked in my 1988 Jeep Wrangler 4.2L... Mostly.
Works really well, operating temp is no warmer than 195degrees rather than 210. Just a bit cooler than stock unit, which I wanted. Bolts right in, EXCEPT - The fan shroud holes did not line up with my OEM shroud. Not sure what was up with that. Scrapped the shroud completely and even without it, the Jeep runs cooler than OEM. If you're worried about running too rich Id suggest even bumping up the thermostat temperature while you're in there. I have the OEM 195 in there, and its runs literally at exactly 195degrees or less with this radiator. It cools further when on the highway.

2 radiators in 2 years
First radiator lasted about 12 months before leaking from the backside. Seller sent a replacement for the cost of shipping. Unfortunately, that one also only lasted a year before developing a leak in the same place.

Hole alinement
The hole alinement for the fan shroud slightly off. Had to cut holes 1/4” on fan shroud on top to fit. However I do like the idea of a welded radiator over the plastic ones. Transmission hose fittings 2 different sizes. 3/8 on one side and 1/4 inch on the other. Not a big deal I just used the old ones off old radiator. Anyways the new hose fittings were aluminum The old ones copper. Overall I think it’s a good replacement. Time will tell the whole story. Been over a year I changed the rating to 5 stars! Never a problem one and Jeep runs 10 degrees cooler

OK Fit - Read the comments
Easy install, things you need to know are -1. The Fan Shroud will probably not line up - you will need to bench it and grind out in various directions the holes and slots - The Top Drivers side is a single hole with no slot in the plastic there so use that as a locator and grind out all the other ones to fit, that way your fan will still be pretty much in the center of the shroud.2. You will probably need transmission cooling line fittings, there are two that come with it. a 3/8" and a 1/4" - The 1/4 was too small for my jeep and you can get the internal tapered seat 3/8" fitting at Autozone. (or others)Good Product, experiencing no issues thus far. looks good.. but not a perfect fit.. Nothing ever is anymore anyhow.
