good mat
I've got a lower back problem and my current mat is (I suspect) too thin (it's about 10mm, at most)...especially as I'm lying on laminate flooring. Using both mats together and my poor old bones are a lot better cushioned.

For the price, this was awesome value. I’ve has two mats for my yoga and HIiT sessions before this and they were so thin my knees and back were bruised. Same quality and depth as this was up to £10 more in shops and other websites. Well worth the money.

Lovely and Thick
Lovely thick mat! I’m usung it for Pilates and it’s made a huge difference. My previous mat although a good one feels flimsy compared to this. Definitely an excellent buy!
