The Occult Compendium: A Modern Grimoire

I am glad to have this book in my library because it both describes and exemplifies philosophical Satanism very well. It may also be useful for people who are interested in alternative forms of spirituality but are having trouble freeing themselves of the shackles of mainstream religion/churchianity. It's quite a powerful read in that respect.

This book goes straight to the point and provides an overview of a fairly broad array of topics within the occult. While I definitely don't agree with everything in here, it delivered what one might expect from such a work. It also touched on some related, though not strictly occult (in terms of philosophical worldview), topics such as atheistic Satanism and The Church of Satan.

The person I bought this for seems to enjoy them.

I wasn't sure I understood the whole process of this sort of Amazon publishing. I took a dive anyway upon finding Tarls books/political discussion on youtube. The product is surprisingly high quality without even getting into price. The feel of the black covers is a wonderful matte, gives whatever the tactile version of ASMR might be. Cut is clean, paper is good quality. One of my concerns was lack of spine text since it does not show on the preview. Indeed books under a certain page length (looks like 70) do not for lack of room. This was a big enough concern for me to google around to see if this sort of publishing had spine lettering before the purchase (and couldnt find anything), but honestly with them in hand the quality is good enough I no longer care.I have not read any yet so I cannot comment on the interior. This may seem like a shallow review but I was not concerned with the content, was all on board there after seeing many of his videos Thanks Tarl.

Everything by Tarl Warwick is great.

If you're looking to understand the philosophy imbued within Satanism, this is your book. It describes Satanism from an academic point of view, while also deriding abrahamic beliefs. In addition, Sumerian lore, some incantations, the psychic arts, and asceticism are discussed. Lastly, the Devil himself is explained, and several organizations and groups are listed for the reader. This is an excellent resource, and I highly recommend it.
