100% Mulberry Silk Pillowcases Set of 2 for Hair and Skin and Super Soft and Breathable King Size Nature Silk Pillowcases (King, White)

I think like everyone else, I was really skeptical that 2 mulberry silk pillow cases would cost $28. When I say I spent the ENTIRE DAY "researching" amazons plethora of silk vs satin vs bamboo vs..vs..vs.. pillowcases- digging through comments, customer questions, and everything else- I STILL didn't trust these were real(or any product under $30 for 1 case, really). In the end I bought them anyway for a few reasons: price- duh, the color looked closest to a cream, it had a sheen in the pictures-but wasn't shiny, and it had a zipper. I honestly don't know how anyone is combating the fact that these are real silk- and yes I own other silk(btw..what a bougie thing to say). The color is beautiful, exactly as pictured on the site, the cases aren't floppy and huge, they fit nice and snug to my down king size pillow, which makes for a much cleaner look. It has an invisible zipper, which is super discrete- but also never snags when zipping/unzipping. This product really is amazing quality! My boyfriend has been referring to our bedroom as a palace ever since they arrived-needless to say he's a fan(his only complaint is I didn't buy sheets too!). Im so glad I gave this brand a chance, they are MORE than worth the price. No, I don't have the other 100 silk pillowcases that are all over amazon- so I cant say there isn't another gem out there, BUT I can say this truly is a gem. so if you're diggin through comments like I was- stoooppp. Get these and spend your day doing something fun- you deserve it ;).

love the color and the style of these pillowcases. I have slept on silk like ones for years. For the price not a bad purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  When I first opened the package I was skeptical because the pillowcase was not as soft or shiny as I expected. I have silk scarves and they are shinier and way softer and flow like water! The second thing that was wrong was when slept in this pillowcase, it made me sweat in the middle of the night!I deliberately cut up a piece of fabric near the zipper seam to do a flame test. You can watch my video. I figured it is worth the sacrifice to know whether my product is genuine or not. The piece of fabric burst into flames and melted! The burned smell was also acrid where as burned silk should smell like burned hair or filed nails.Believe the negative reviews. This is fake. If I’m sweating this may give me more pimples. Don’t ruin your face.I’m so angry! No wonder this product was so cheap!

The media could not be loaded.  I was totally skeptical. I've heard about silk pillows keeping hair from getting frizzy but I didn't think it would really do much for me. I have thick, wavy blonde hair (thanks Grandma!) that gets frizzy with the least amount of moisture in the air, or just if I brush it when its dry. I use a lot of smoothing products to keep it under control but still need to flat iron or curl it is Its going to look smooth. But honestly I don't like to damage my hair by over styling and yet still want nice looking hair. I use high end shampoo and conditioner too but even those don't really tame the frizzies.Then I bought these pillow cases because they were pure silk, reviews looked pretty good and the cost was worth the try.I've had them for a month now and wont sleep with anything else under my head. I recently went to Europe for two weeks and brought it with me to use on all the pillows I had at the different air bnb's. Thank goodness because the sheets were not the best quality and it was so nice to not have scratchy cotton on my face. The gray is a perfect soft tone with my modern bedding, they are smooth and soft without being slippery like the satin pillow sheet set I had in my 20's that I thought would be cool... it wasn't.The zipper just disappears and keeps the pillow snuggly contained. (see my video attached) The silk doesn't feel cool or hot, it just 'is'. The most amazing part is the first morning I woke up my hair looked way smoother. I thought it was just the conditioner I had put on it. The next few days I noticed my hair being way less frizzy in general. I thought again, coincidence... maybe the weather is just cooperating? but even so, my hair was smoother than it usually was. OK, no smoothing products test.... and still my hair was like a normal persons (whatever that means!). All I can say is, somehow it works! Its been a month and my hair has consistently looked and felt better since the day I started using the silk pillow case. I'm finally a believer. I wish I had bought one years ago! The JiangJue price is fantastic for one let alone a set of two.I wash it by hand in my sink, hang it to dry in the shower and its dry within a few hours. I hope it works for you the way it has for my (used to be) poofy, frizzy hair.

Feels luxurious

I received my order today. The package says they are satin not silk.

I wasn’t a fan of silk pillowcases when I was younger but I keep reading good things about silk for skin and hair so I wanted to give it a try again. These are great. They’re silk but not slippery. Nice zipper closure keeps pillow in all night. Grey was neutral enough for my decor. Silk on both sides but it’s not super glossy or slick. I washed with my other pillowcases on gentle cycle and line dried them with no problems. Plan to buy more for our king sized pillows!

I really like these pillow cases. The zipper closure was a wonderful surprise, now the pillow can't work it's way out of the case of I toss and turn at night. They also wash and dry beautifully. I will definitely purchase again when I need more.

These were a waste of money, feels like nylon. Awful.

These pillowcases are synthetic and not silk as advertised.

Described as 100% Mulbery silk. Arrived today and label description is 100% Polyester NOT SILK

I am not happy with this product as it’s not 100% silk, it has satin in it. I already have silk pillowcases that are 100% and are beautiful to sleep on. This products slips all over the place like satin pillowcases. I’m not impressed

Even though the pillowcases are very soft, they are way too thin. They are so thin that you can feel the pillow below and if you’re using a down pillow that’s a problem!I have a good quality down pillow and when I woke up in the morning, the side of my face was scratched from the feathers below the pillowcase. The pillowcase needs to be lined to prevent that problem. I am going to have to add a second layer to the pillowcase in order to be able to use them.
