I searched for "one size fits all feuerzangenbowle," which is as obscure a search as you'll find. It brought up this, and it's EXACTLY what we needed. It holds a sugar cone perfectly, and the open end allows for a variety of size bowls (we have two of different sizes and this fits both).

Die Zuckerzange von Westmark überzeugt durch ihre solide Verarbeitung aus rostfreiem Edelstahl. Sie ist langlebig, leicht zu handhaben und passt perfekt für handelsübliche Zuckerhüte. Arrived slightly bent, based on creased packaging it appears this happened in shipping. It's slightly thinner metal than it looks like from the pictures but it still held the sugar cone (zukerhut) well and was very easy to wash, even with stuck on caramel.
