Dress was fine, but I picked a less expensive galaxy tank dress to be Mrs Frizzle at a costume party. This was comfortable and the length was good. If I was still teaching and had more times to wear this dress, I would have kept it. I did get some Mrs Frizzle earrings. I can wear the tank dress I picked again in summer weather.

The solar system dress was a stellar choice for my Ms. Frizzle costume! Not only was it comfortable and true to size, but its vibrant design brought the wonders of the cosmos to life. As a science teacher, I appreciate the educational touch, and the quality is impressive. I'm excited to use this dress for Halloween in the coming years – a versatile and delightful addition to my costume collection. Solid 5 stars!

I ordered three different Ms. frizzle dresses and this one was the best. The fabric is comfortable, smooth, stretchy poly. Thick enough to be completely opaque, but not hot and sweaty. The buttons at the neck are real buttons so you can wear the neck open or closed. The colors are bright and the pattern is cute. The sleeves are three quarter length. There is a well sewn smooth running zipper at the side, but the dress is stretchy enough that you probably don’t need it. A couple of things that are not perfect: the cuffs are quite wide so you can’t push the sleeves up, and the sleeve length is a little odd on me, between 3/4 and full. The waist is high, practically empire, which is fine for the dress shape (cute skater dress vibe), but I would rather have it lower at my actual waist since I plan to wear a belt with it. Over all great for my Frizzle costume. I am returning the black one to get purple though, since that feels more Frizzly. I am 5’2” and 155 lbs and a medium fit great.

Pleasantly surprised! I was unsure what to expect after reading the reviews, but as they noted in the description they have clearly changed their sewing process. The dress I received looks like the picture, everything is upright and where it is supposed to be. All the seams are fine, no rips, no tears, no stains. Couple of threads that need to be trimmed, but that's easy peasy.The fabric is thicker than I thought it was going to be, this will be something but I can wear multiple times. This would be appropriate for cosplay, not just Halloween. I ordered the 2XL, based on reviews and their sizing chart. I am 5' 8", 180 lb, and am distinctly pear-shaped. The dress is quite loose on top, and loose around the middle, but does not look ridiculous. My plan is to wear it on Halloween, I live in Michigan and I will be able to wear long underwear under the dress, which is perfect. I appreciate that they clearly read the reviews and then changed their process to create a better product. It also arrived very quickly.

This is the perfect dress as Ms. Frizzle. I am an elementary school teacher and I wear this often. The students love it! great price and perfect fit.

I got this to wear for Read Across America Week At my school. I dressed up as Ms. Frizzle from Magic Schoolbus. The dress fit perfectly and all that I added was a piece of white fabric across the middle to use as a belt. (Just for show, not needed) it fits as an empire type waist and I know many of the reviews said that it was thin but it was not as bad as I expected. I wore a slip and it was fine. It is surprisingly good quality and the fit was perfect. I bought a small. I am 5’5’, 120 lbs and I usually wear a small top (I prefer a Fitted style but not skin tight) and medium or 4-6 pant. You really won’t need to worry too much about the hips, just the top since the bottom flairs out a bit.

I teach at a Montessori school and we teach about the Big Bang. This was the perfect costume to wear, as Ms.Frizzle, to introduce our families to our Great Lessons play. I also wore it for Halloween and forced my loving husband to be the lizard. It was awesome! The dress itself is a little slinky but it doesn't feel cheap as I was expecting. It has a nice shape, is made well enough, and the fabric design is lovely (for a Ms.Frizzle dress).

I chose this Ms. Frizzle dress from a small selection of others, because this was the one offered through Amazon Prime, and with the price point more than double that of the others, I figured it would be higher quality.Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed by the quality. Even when it arrived, I could tell that the stitching was cheaply done, and the patterns were not lined up, so that all of the planets on the edges were totally mismatched. I only wore this costume for one day and by the afternoon, the fabric was already showing signs of wear (miscoloration, mild pilling).The dress is also larger than expected. I normally wear a 2-4, and I ordered this in the small (= smallest available), and yet it still hung loose (particularly in the waist for me, as I am a little bit bustier than average). If you usually/sometimes wear an extra small or are otherwise very petite, you'd likely need to have this dress altered.With that said, I did feel cute in it and got lots of compliments. I just wish I had saved myself the money and gone for one of the less expensive options, since I doubt the quality was any poorer than this. (Liz stuffed animal purse sold separately.)
