Bright but soft
This will light up a big room, its quite bright but the light is blue so it's not as glaring.

True amber.
Unlike some other nightlights that claim to be amber that I've tried, and returned, this nightlight isn't yellow, orange, or WHITE, but a true soft amber. The photograph depicts it pretty well. It sits high enough in the outlet to allow me to charge my toothbrush overnight. One hardly notices it during the day because it sits nearly flush with the wall; but as soon as dusk begins, it emits a warm amber glow, enough light to find my way, but not enough to fully wake me. Precisely what I have been looking for. Success!

Checks all the boxes
Recently I’ve moved away from warm white night lights, experimenting first with some amber styles then red. Both amber and red are much easier on the eyes, although finding the best styles and bright/dim combination for our home has meant a few returns and gifts to friends.These red night lights are overall best for us. They are the best looking, with a matte finish that gives a subtle ambient glow to the wall without bright spots, even viewed straight on, like others with facets or clear acrylic finish produce. And the motion sensors work perfectly.Best of all, I’m getting to sleep and back to sleep like never before…and the whole family appreciates me well rested! ;)

Perfect in the dark!
Not too bright, but bright enough to see in the hallway. Much better than the regular white night lights!Speedy delivery too!

They’re fine…
They’re fine, but too bright. They’re ok for lighting up a hall, but too much for a room. I found some dimmer ones at dollar tree that work nicely…

Throws a soft yet adequate amount of light to illuminate yet not irritate the eyes. Slim profile and clear lens during the day.

Nice Shade of Blue
Light emits a comforting Duke blue to my foyer at my kitchen entrance. It illuminates the entire area so no additional lights are necessary and the auto on/off makes it simple to use.
