How much weight can this bench support?

For what its worth, I'm 153lbs. I sat on this and one of the middle slats cracked. The second time I sat on it, it completely broke. I might have just been the one I got.

Can you leave this out in the elements/ 4 seasons year round?

I live in Los Angeles and we leave it out uncovered on our patio year round but we don’t get a ton of rain so depending on where you live and the elements you may want to store this when not in heavy use.

What are the sizes under the bench? (I'd like to put some storage baskets under it and I'd like to know what would fit)
