I ordered these for a customer and have to say that I was rather upset to find that they weren't 1 inch. I had to go on the hunt for another hole punch so I could use these. Other than that I LOVE love love these. Great for all sorts of images and crafts.

The media could not be loaded. Only 2 shapes in bronze and silver. I like the fact that they can be used for different things not just necklaces. Good quality.

Good value. Come dirty but with a handy box for storing.
Easy to use, lightweight and good value for the money. They are dirty when you get them, so cleanup is required before putting on decorative touches.

Replacement order was perfect
The cabochon was the wrong size. Doesn't snap in because it's to large. Hope this was just a fluke. ** revised 8/31/2020. Replacement came and was perfect. Think the 1st order was just a fluke

Great craft keys
The bezel trays for this are a little shallow so make sure you’re working with thin paper! Other then that these are perfect for my project!

Very odd indeed. Not as sold. Aftercare leaflet concerning.
Glass inserts did not fit. In little box was the below leaflet for aftercare. Contacted them. Helpful. Thought it odd it was a hotmail account, though. Got a response. Said they would refund - has not been received. Then two days letter I receive a random light in the post I had not ordered. May be a coincidence, but I have reported to Amazon. The keys are cute, the inserts do not fit, and this customer service aftercare card with a Hotmail account is very odd. May be a coincidence but all very odd.
