New Inferior Version of Fratelli Mantova Whole Wheat Organic Italian Spaghetti
I’ve ordered this pasta from Amazon 3 times. What I received in the most recent order (February 2021) is not the same as what I received in the first two orders of this product. I reordered this again because it used to be excellent, but they’ve completely changed the product. I have a photo comparing the two versions: the new product (on the right) is thinner, lighter in color, and slightly shorter than the original product (on the left). Secondly, it’s markedly inferior in every way to the product that I previously bought. It doesn’t have the same taste and texture as the original version of this pasta, and it cooks up fairly gummy. The original version of the pasta required boiling for 17 minutes; the new version is done in 9 minutes.On past orders, the pasta came in a cardboard box; the last shipment of the thin spaghetti uses cellophane packaging as now displayed on the Amazon website.I won’t be ordering this product again. While the original version was excellent, the new version is terrible. I don’t know how Amazon handles things when a specific product changes, but it would have been nice to know that what I ordered this February wasn’t going to be the same as I had come to expect. There should have been some indication of the change, in my opinion.

I received half of what was advertised
When I ordered this pack of pasta, the description said pack of 20, and I was charged $41.56. I only received 10 packs of pasta. Now, the item description says pack of 10 (although it says 20 pack in the picture) and that the price is $29.00. I don't want to return the pasta I have because I need it, but I would like the extra 10 packs that I paid for.
