What an absolute amazing box
I was looking for a replacement android box, I had the m8 box before.Looked up quite a few different boxes and specs to find the m9s, it's so much smaller in size in comparison to my m8 box.The design/layout of the menu installed is so much easier to use than previous model.The speed/operation of this box is amazing also.The response from the remote to box is great too.What I love most is that I have a Philips TV that has RC pass thru via HDMI meaning I can just use my TV remove to control the box, so don't actually need 2 remotes any more.To say I love this box is an understatement.

Tv box
I upgraded from my old tv box to this one and it's the best decision I made. I hooked the TV box up using the easy instructions guide, and after pairing the remote, conducting an update via the Ethernet connection, and signing into my Google account, I as basically watching movies and tv within 30 minutes. I cannot believe how easy this tv box is to operate. The remote is so responsive, and the box loads directly from the internet a lot faster than my old tv box. I can watch utube videos, Netflix, and basically anything from the internet. The apps are available immediate after signing into your Google play account.

Hard to setup
Don’t know what to say about this?Found it very hard to set up ,sits in the box not used .

very pretty but not user friendly
The box comes with only the most basic of apps and none are configured. For the price compared with others I have had it should have been almost plug and play. The Kodi downloaded was only the very front end requiring you to try to set everything up. The television set up requires pvr addons. None of those available could be accessed and when they were did not download. There is no facility to delete any of the pre-loaded apps whether or not you want them and I found it impossible to download other apps such as alternative streaming apps. I gave up. I kept the hdmi lead and put the rest in the bin.

Remote is a bit difficult to use with the app that I’m using. It’s much easier to just use a normal computer mouse
