Looks great but doesn't really deliver
I bought this as a present for my grandmother. She is very into meditation and loves these sorts of ornaments in her house.As an ornament it's fine, well made and solid with vibrant colours. As an incense burner it is adequate but doesn't quite deliver the way the image promises. The cone incense piece that came with it started to fill the reservoir to begin with but never managed the smokey lagoon the photos suggests.When it had burned about half way down, the cone split apart and the smoke simply drifted into the air than drifting down into the reservoir. I believe it's the quality of the incense cones rather than the burner itself but I'd had to buy different ones to be certain.It does work, just don't expect the beautiful imagery depicted in the product photograph.

Gorgeous item
so much better than i expected its gorgeous , and the packaging is also pretty gorgeous , solid gift box makes this an ideal present for anyone, i bought this for myself but as soon as i saw this i ordered another for a friend for christmas, i dont usually review items but needed to with this

Exactly as photo. Very nice! Also super well packaged and fast delivery. The only criticism, as it has already been mentioned in other reviews, most incenses are much longer than the width of the holder, so I just had to something underneath to catch it...

Everything they promised
It came speedy, it works as promised, I love the fact that the man holds a incense stick as if he is fishing or well depends who looks at it what they think lol.But the backflow cones provided smells terrible, burn way to fast and have close to zero backflow compared to the branded cones we bought to use with it.The box it came in was amazing we will be using it on a shelf for people to see.

Stunningly beautiful
Oh this is just stunning. It came in a beautiful yellow silk lined gift box, the burner is much larger than I thought. Very well made and works so well. The cones burn for quite some time. Its just beautiful. I'm so pleased with it. I would recommend this item for a gift.

More pros than cons.
A very well packaged item and works as described. Incense provided isn't nice, very strong burnt wood smell! Painted darker than the product image.On the whole I'm still very pleased and would recommend but would suggest just throwing the incense away.

Worth the price!
I was greatly surprised when the incense holder that I order came in a very nice box but what made it even better what was inside, as the picture show there was the said incense holder as well as the cones but there was 20 of them as well as a pack of agarwood incense stick, cloth to put under the holder and a toolto take out the burnt out incense stick.
