They are great, feel solid enough to be worth the money, but not heavy to make whisking and mixing a pain. Mirror finish is very shiny. Full set means I can portion out my ingredients and mix at my leisure. Would recommend, though I do not think I will need to buy again for a very long time.

Like someone mentioned, these are very thin. After a few weeks of use I can see that they will be well scratched up soon. So why 5 stars? Well if I was rating them against restaurant quality kitchen bowls it would have been much lower. At the cost, for home use, these are a must buy. We use these every day and they work well, stack and store neatly, and there are more bowls that you'll ever need outside of a party, and only if you were to use them as serving bowls.I debated separately buying a larger bowl for big salads and marinades. It's not necessary, at least for me. I originally planned to get one heavy duty bowl at restaurant supply after figuring out my ideal size for most use, but I probably won't do that either. These work!

Great bowls. Considering the thinner gauge of steel used, I'd be hesitant to pay much more than the listed price here, but for what you pay, these can't be beat. Lightweight, perfect flared sides for whisking ingredients together, and the thin walls are nice when I'm making a hollandaise or melting chocolate because it's very easy to control the temperature by simply moving the bowl on and off of your bain-marie. They always come clean in the dishwasher, and they nest together well for compact storage.

I like this set a lot because it's inexpensive and comes in a really wide variety of sizes. The largest bowl is huge which helps for making really large recipes of things like salads for a party because it gives enough room for all the ingredients as well as room to toss the ingredients together.The reason for 4 stars and the cons:- Metal is Thin: This isn't a huge problem for me but the bowls could easily dent and bend if you aren't careful with them I equate this to why they are so cheap.- Loud - while you would expect all metal bowls to be loud, because the metal is so thin it often makes that sound of metal buckling under pressure if you push down on the bottom while you are mixing or pouring ingredients. (Think of this as similar to the sound of popping a metal snapple top or something to that degree). It is a very minor con however if you live in a small space like I do and are trying to surprise someone with eggs for breakfast or something along those lines its another thing to consider AND it's a constant reminder of how thin the metal really is.

I was staying with my daughter and she didn’t have any kind of mixing bowls except the old Pyrex heavy glass decorated bowls you would see being used as like a serving bowl or whatever. I needed something light weight and stainless steel for daily use. I surprised her with these a week before Christmas and she uses them almost daily. They are durable and with 3 toddlers, using the glass bowl is not a good idea. I tried looking at bed bath and beyond for a mixing set, but the cost vs selection just wasn’t there. I found these here on amazon and it was perfect. I have a variety of sizes that I can choose to use from small jobs to large...

we are in love with these bowls. we've been using a combination of plastic and glass bowls for years and years. And we recently read that the BPA in plastics was not healthy for us, and of course with glass bowls every time we turned around we were breaking one. So we decided it would be wise to begin replacing both the plastic and the glass with stainless steel, which of course will hold up better through the years than glass, and not give off unhealthy gasses as the plastic does. So far we've only bought one set, but as the glass breaks, we have plans on getting more. This has been a great set of bowls so far. As far as I can tell the only draw back is that we can't use them in the microwave. And if thats the only negative, we will be glad to live with it. It beats always breaking bowls and getting glass in our feet,.

These are whatevs... They were inexpensive so I can't be too mad but they are flimsy and I'm sure they will start peeling in the near future. That being said, they do the job and I do enjoy how light they are. I hate heavy kitchen utensils and gadgets. I'll probably buy a nicer set at some point but for now they will do.

These bowls are all the perfect sizes for any of your kitchen needs. You can go from scrambling an egg for one to mixing up cookies for an army. I put the bowl on a damp paper towel to keep them from sliding around on the counter top. Makes life so much easier for me. Otherwise I'm chasing the mixing bowls all around the counter tops. Not fun and uses my valuable time in a non productive way.

Si eres una persona que pasa mucho tiempo en su cocina, considera estos tazones una inversión. El material es bueno y resistente, los he usado en temperaturas frías y muy calientes, y han soportado bastante. Son muy fáciles de limpiar y de buenos tamaños (desde para pesar cosas chicas, comer ensalada, poner el jabón para lavar los platos). Tanto me gustaron que compramos 2 sets y están aún como nuevos (y los usamos diario)

I spent a while humming and hawing. Couldn't decide which to buy. Just buy these. I was relieved when they showed up and thrilled. You get so many and good sizes. The large is huge! I put a fork beside for relativity in the pictures. They stack great so don't take a ton of space. Feel like good quality. Very, very happy.

Exactly what I was looking for. I got rid of lots of random different sized bowls and replaced them with these. I make sure to use non-metal mixing utensils, and I hand wash them (they are so much easier to wash by hand rather than take up space in the dishwasher) so no scratching at all as has been reported in some other reviews. Great buy.

Los tamaños de los bowls son desde chiquitos hasta muy grandes, excelentes para hacer ensaladas, salsas o poner botanas. Me encantaron, el precio se me hizo bueno y la calidad es perfecta, no hemos tenido problemas con ellos. Aparte se ven modernos!
