This intercom has decent audio quality and is loud enough to be heard throughout the room. Unfortunately, the control buttons are cheaply made. On one set, the call button locks in place accidentally, and creates a loud ring on all of the other sets. On another set, sometimes the button works, and sometimes it doesn't. You never know whether or not the call was transmitted to the other intercom sets. Too bad. The installation was easy and self-explanatory. I really wanted to like these, but I'm going to throw them away and replace them with a different brand.
