The lid came off during transport so that’s not epic. It’s unusable because the paste dried out. I can’t have my awesome hair flow anymore. I’m refusing to ever leave the house again. I’ve gone as far as isolating myself away from society, as my hair is no longer styled/luscious. In return for this mishap, I will accept one of the following items.1.) A Wendy’s Baconator Meal2.) This is the hair product I have used ever since I purchased it at a local salon. I really like the product and the fact that a small amount goes a very long way. Unfortunately, I have now ordered 2 replacements from this seller and both times the product was very clumpy and dry. Not sure why I tried a second time (convenience mostly), but it just arrived with the same poor quality.

Smells great! The hold is soft.

Smells great, holds very well, not greasy or hard. Use it my hair and beard.

really manageable, but dries too fast. just add a pinch of water. like the way it smells and holds my hair.

Recieved item along with two other product but the cap was off the Gibs grooming phantom and It was dried up so i cant use it!

Like the hold plus it isn’t sticky. A little goes a long way and a little water reactivates it
