Firstly I have to comment on the packaging.*Bottle is less than half filled with tablets.*Cotton wool is stuffed inside to help take up the wasted amount of vacant space.*Because they was soo much spare space, inside the bottle is very dusty from where the tablets have obviously been moving around.* There is actually a Silica Gel packet inside along with the tablets also.I have never seen that before.Now on to the label.* It might be pretty and shiny but I can hardly read a thing because of the hologram effect.I do not take any medication where I can not read the packaging clearly and the Silica gel sachet is also concerning for me too.I have never known that to be added to medication, especially inside with the medication.I will ask my local pharmacy if it is safe to have that enclosed.I am sure they may be of benefit to you but I will give these to someone who is willing to take them. But that person will not be me.*update* So I have found out that Silica Gels can be added to medication but we don't see it much here in the UK.So I can take them being rest assured that the silica gel hasn't effected the product.

Biotin is rich in foods like bananas, carrots, cooked egg yolks, sardines, nuts, legumes, brewer's yeast, nutritional yeast, liver, cauliflower, salmon, and mushrooms but if you’re not eating a balanced diet and your hair and nails are suffering it’s good to take Vitamin and Mineral supplements.... just not from this company...It’s too expensive...£10 for one month.£29 for two months.£43 for three months.£85 for 6 months.The pricing makes no sense.Every pill bottle should be clearly labelled with clear instructions on how much to take daily. The wrapper on this is so sparkly and the writing is so small you can’t read a thing.I didn’t like the silica gel packet in the bottle.The bottles are huge compared to the quantity and stuffed with cotton wool so such packaging wastage.

If you take too much the body doesn't absorb it, and it just gets excreted in urine.This supplement includes Brewers Yeast, with a raft of B vitamins plus vitamin A, D and E. These coupled with the biotin definitely make a big difference to your hair. It's not a magic potion, or cure for baldness, but it will keep your hair in good condition, make it stronger, and promote faster growth. In addition your nails will grow quicker, and it helps to maintain healthy skin.I've been taking a biotin supplement for a while, and it really does work after taking for a couple of weeks. I found these tablets easy to swallow, but I recommend taking with a full glass of water. Don't expect instant results, but you will quickly see much less hair being shed when brushing, and an increase in the volume.The biotin helps keep hair in the fast growth stage, so you will also notice considerably faster growth.This is only 1 months supply, and they are certainly not the cheapest hair repair/growth tablets. Furthermore, the purchase of multi packs makes no sense, as the price per bottle gets more expensive, the more bottles you buy.These are worth giving a try for a month, just to see if you start to get the results you want. If you do, you can order more, or switch to a cheaper alternative.I recommend this particular type of supplement, but don't think these are particularly good value for money

I do like these tablets and find them palatable and easy to take. Biotin has been proven to help with hair loss and due to menopause my hair has seemed much thinner than normal. These were recommended by my hairdresser so thought they were worth a try and these are actually quite well priced compared to others on the market. I do think you need to take them for a longer period of time to see any difference but after a month I do see a little less hair loss when brushing or washing my hair so I will keep going with them.
