The item arrived with a bend in the board that is very noticeable when its hanging on the wall. The tape on the magnets and the white hangers are not strong enough to hold up the board.

The board I received looks used and not new. The outside plastic covering was all taped up along with the accessories. To top it all, there is a noticeable scratch on the lower end of the board which leaves a black mark. It was purposely covered up by the sign so that you do not see the scratch until you tear the plastic covering. I am extremely disappointed that it is supposed to be new but must have been a returned item instead.

We purchased this board for a wall in our kitchen in oreder to clean up the refrigerator. It serves the purpose well and loks nice. The only issue was the two stick tape that was supplied to attach it didn't work. It came down after a single day. We eventually purchased a 3M product designed to attach pictures to the wall without damaging the wall to keep it up.

a great way to make quick notes and messages. comes with a magnet so it can be stuck on the fridge or you can put it somewhere else. you might want to put a little superglue when you stick the magnet to the back of the board...or else it could fall from the fridge to the floor.

The dry erase board arrived damaged. There is a very noticeable bend & wrinkle in the surface. It extends about 4 inches from the edge & is 2 inches wide at the edge tapering to the end of it. Luckily it won't be used in a public area so I'll just use as is & not return it. I never thought this would be an item you need to check for defects before purchasing. One of the magnets had to be glued back into the plastic piece. A positive note - the pen holder can be placed on any edge, anywhere on that edge since the frame is the same width on all sides and pen holder is removable & can be slid side to side, but grips enough to stay put & not slide down if placed on a vertical edge. And it comes with 2 options for mounting - adhesive magnetic pieces & double stick foam tape.

The board I received is silver with a black plastic frame. I was disappointed to not receive the silver metal frame pictured. The tape provided is not strong enough to stick the board to the wall. There is a large dent in the corner of the board.

It's a good buy. And I've had no problems erasing. This board has survived endless chemistry problems and doesn't have any stains. Edit: The frame on the whiteboard came undone, but maybe due to a lot of carrying it around. The board itself is still fine

It’s pretty terrible. Dented, scratched, looks used with smears... I also thought a pen was supposed supposed to come with it but doesn’t. I had thought I was getting what I saw, a WHITE board with a silver trim. This thing is a mess and it’s friggen silver with a black plastic trim and scratched up silver corners. I’ll be messaging seller. This is awful and a waste of my money.
