Mark Baker "The System" DVD

This is by far the best bowling instructional video I have seen. OK maybe I have seen a bunch of free ones on You Tube. The one thing Mark seems is he has confidence in his system. Other coaches just repeat things you already know. The only thing I can say is the intro might be a little longer than I wanted.I definitely think it's easier to follow than the book. The book called "Game Changer" might go into a little more detail than you care. If you really want to dig even deeper, then I suggest you read the book and watch this video. The book goes into comparing Tommy Jones and his father and you can get a little more details. If you're thinking about one or the other, I definitely recommend this video as it is extremely easy to follow.

While I learned a bit that helped me a little, and totally recommend this, my husband probably brought his average up 20+points! He normally bowls around 100 (we both started just last year) and after we watched this we went out and in those three games he did two in the 130s and actually broke 140 in the last game. Will watch again as there are many tips.

The DVD is good in that it breaks things down simply. After watching and being comfortable with this, try The Norm Duke DVD, it goes into alot more detail.

Good tips on what to do to improve your game. It shows what the 10 bowling positions that all pros have and touches on all bowling aspects - from stance to finish position.

Since I take lessons from Mark Baker, this video is like extending my lessons when he is not with me. This is well made and very clear. It pays to watch more than once to cement his lessons. It works for all levels but higher average bowlers will really flourish as they go thru it. The video can be viewed in totality as well as the individual lessons. This is a can't miss instructional video...

It was a great video...it gave something you already know a different way to look at what you are already doing. It have help me to improve after watching it the very first day even though I have watch it more than once don't want to miss anything.

AwesomeMy second league set after applying the principles and tools in Mark's system was a 778 that could have been 800 + accept for a 7-10 split in the 9th frame of the 3rd game with the front 8... Try it. You will love it.

Awesome DVD, I took a couple of lessons from mark down at fountain bowl years ago, and this DVD is very easy to understand, just like mark is. Kudos
