Read the size chart before you buy
I am quite fit but want to get rid of another inch or two on my waist. I normally wear M but by reading the size-chart it's like I need S or XS. I ordered S and found out it's OK but XS might be better. Had it with me for a few soccer games and that's a lot of sweat. Compared with plastic wrapper this does not curl. Because it has zipper and easy to get on and off I recommend to go as small as you can according to the size chart.

Great waist trainer.
I have used this trainer several times during my workouts and I have found that I sweat at least 50 times more. I have noticed a drastic difference in how lean I have become versus not using it in following the same workout routine as well as diet. I would definitely recommend this trainer although it is not as snug as I would like around my Waist. Granted, I am a size 30.

Just what I was looking for
This zipper sweat vest fit as expected. It was comfortable and provided enough support for my back. I like the zipper fit because it provided a tighter and more secure fit. I wear it to do insanity as well as weight training and it fits perfect and makes me sweat like crazy. So far, mens body shaper is of good quality and I'm expecting it will last during my workouts.

This is my first time buying of these. Actually, I don’t know what size should I buy, so after reading the chart measurements I should have a XL. This hot sweat vest is very comfortable and holds up very well to everyday use. It does make me sweat that much during workouts and increase the heat build up. The zipper is very durable and easy to wear. When I wear it, this waist trainer give my back support just like a hand. I think it is worth to buy and I would recommend this to my friends.

Sizing is way off
I am a big guy and I usually wear a large/xl tank. I ordered the XXL based on some reviews and the sizing chart. When I opened the package I knew there was a problem. If you are guy with big shoulders and chest, this product is not for you. I could barely get on arm through the sleeve. I returned it immediately and my refund was processed promptly. That’s the only reason I am giving it one star.

Good sweat trainer.
A very good product. But will be a little small if you are not fitted figures.Very easy to have a lot of sweat. I think that will be good for losing weight.Remember to drink more waters after exercise.

Size Chart is off
If I could give a rating lower than 1, I would. The size chart is way off. I'm 5"11, slim build and my weight is 185lbs. I got a size XL and I could barely get it on. If you purchase, try 3 sizes up. Smh!!!

Love it so much
Love it so much. I do exercise with it and sweat a lot covered by it. Good price and good material. Very comfortable. Nice product.
