Wow... excellent bag, same as shown in image,also bag was perfect size not too big n not soo small, useful for office going people, but price is little bit more, too costly, should be below Rs.400/ ok.but 550/ rupees is very costly.but durability wise ok.

Need improvement in inner shelves cloth
The bag looks good. It has a smooth leather finish. The cloth quality of the inner shelves could have been better.Other wise good.

Tag was missing… strap metal was defectiveLooks used. Again past one week requested or replaced is just delaying…. Very bad
