Plum Japanese by TF is my holy grail fragrance. I still have a good amount left so I was able to compare side by side, over several hours and over the the course of a few days. As many know TF PJ has long been discontinued. Here are my thoughts: This is not a perfect dupe. The opening is missing the plum and is very cinnamon forward. If plum is so hard to replicate then dates would have been a good substitute. If that sweet and spicy opening is what you want, this misses that mark. But hold on…. The longevity is better, on my skin, than TF PJ. They are both beautiful fragrances and I like this fragrance a lot. The middle and base notes are very similar and after 4 hours they are almost identical. I very much like this fragrance for what it is and isn’t. I kept smelling my wrist and loving the scent. Projection in the first hour is beastly. Never really turns into a skin scent. Three foot projection at four + hours. I also received a sample that is fantastic and in a completely different direction. Turin 24. I think this is a high quality fragrance and for the price, fantastic!

Somewhat a dupe for Tom Ford Plum Japonaise.
Ordered this for my gf to replace her Tom Ford Plum Japonaise perfume that was discontinued. She loves this replacement and it smells fairly similar but it is much more spicy/cinnamon-forward. If you like cinnamon then this will be perfect for you! It definitely starts out stronger and then mellows out over the next few hours, but it lasts a long time too.

Got as a Gift, Good not Great
I am unfortunately just pretty disappointed by this brand. I have owned three of their products, Funtastic, forbidden plum, and their tobacco vanille clone. The longevity of these scents is just not great. One of the weakest EDPs I’ve ever had, even compared to stuff from TJ maxx. Lasts maybe two hours of okay projection, next to nothing left on hour 4. This is my favorite of the three I own, smells fruity and spicy. Just really wish it lasted longer.
