Simple to use
Great product, bought to rip all my old CD's, very fast, solid bit of kit. I ordered on a Saturday evening and to my surprise I had it by 11am Sunday morning.

Unable to get it to connect to my Windows 10 PC
Just couldn't get it to load and operate on my Windows 10 PC, returned for refund.

Some DVDs play - some don't
There seems to be no reason why some DVDs play perfectly on this player but some do not - but do play perfectly well on another player. Some DVDs play only coloured green in a small window at the bottom of the screen. This has happened so far with two different DVD box sets (and all discs in the same set do the same.) Playing them on a different laptop with its built in DVD player, they are fine so there's nothing wrong with the DVDs! Yet other box sets play perfectly! Rather disappointing.
