Is there anyone out there who honestly didn't receive this at a discount or free for their "unbiased" opinion that can give it a great review?

I bought this outright - not at a discount or free. I am under no obligation to give it a favorable review. The unit itself works just fine. I like the automatic shut-off. It can really put out the power, too. It didn't come with any instructions, though. I don't know what the 'repeat' button does. But, all of the other buttons are self-explanatory. I am disappointed with short life of the massager pads. They just quit working - even before the stickiness wore off. I used it 15 minutes almost every day for the first couple of weeks and gradually decreased that frequency. I've had it about 2 months and am on my 2nd set of the massager pads. It seems to me they should last longer than that. -Janna

I t has 10 levels. Depending on the thickness of skin where you are using it, it reaches deep down or it feels much lighter. I suggest MASSAGE cycle
